We provide affordable shipping options on non-freight classified items to the contiguous United States
After you place an order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. When tracking information is generated, usually, with a day or two, we will send you tracking information and an estimated delivery date.
Some orders may be canceled if it has not shipped yet. If you have requested monogramming or personalization, we cannot cancel these orders. Give us a call or email us so we can check the status of your order.
We provide two shipping options, freight for our larger items, and 3 Day FedEx Ground delivery for our smaller items.
If your item qualifies for freight shipping, can look at how much freight delivery may be. If you have the option of delivering to a business address, we encourage you to use this information for your shipping address. There is significant savings. If you would like us to check a freight rate you are receiving, email or call us. This extra step allows us to look at the delivery options and find the best rate for you.
For freight delivery, we require a phone number and contact information for the delivery address. The driver may call ahead to schedule the delivery.
If you see any damage to your shipment, please make a note on the delivery paperwork detailing the damage before you sign it. If you do not sign the delivery paperwork as damaged, we cannot be responsible for shipping damage. (This does not include defective parts, not damaged during shipping).
If your delivery shows extensive damage, please refuse delivery, and we will send you a new shipment. Please contact us regarding items damaged during shipping as soon as possible. We cover damaged or defective items for 30 days.

Warranty & Return Information
It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. We will honor the manufacturer’s warranty. If you have a return, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or fill out the form and explain what the issue with your purchase. Make sure and include your contact information so we may contact you with questions.
Items that have been personalized cannot be returned. If there is damage to the shipment, let us know.
You may ship returns back to us within 30 days of the day you receive your item. You will be responsible for return shipping fees.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused (unassembled) and in the same condition that it was received. Since our products are built for kids and tweens we will not cover an item that has been cut with scissors, stained or other deliberate damage. We will cover pulls to the fabric from normal use.
All returns must be in the original packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and is nonrefundable.
All items will be inspected upon return. A restocking fee, 25% of the purchase price, will be deducted from the return amount. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date if your items have manufacturer defects. We will resolve these issues to your satisfaction. We cover damaged or defective items for 30 days.
Manufacturer’s Warranty – This children’s furniture is warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. There are no other warranties, expressed or implied, beyond the 30-day period listed above.
